[Question] Program name changing

I know how to change the actual name, but how do I change the name and symbol of it on the task bar?

How would i change world of warcraft's name?

It doesn't work like that...I've already changed the shortcuts, but how can I change how it looks on the task bar?

Like for World of Warcraft, Once you rename it should show it as the name you renamed it as.
