Tell that you are wrongfully banned, that you were right clicking bag to open it but you had massive lag and bag opened multiple times.
People got wrongfully banned for that.

Ppl are complete tools, not much else to say. People come here, exploit the shit out of a glitch that they KNOW will ruin the economy. People getting 10-15k gold and full 516 epics is just ASKING for it.
Now you come here a and bitch and cry and moan when you KNEW this would happen? Couldnt care less if you got banned or not. Funny seeing people get all mad now and blaming Blizzard, kinda sad. Glad I still got my account.

Received the ban aswell. I only did it twice though, didn't disenchant any items or such, just equipped them and enchanted them - the thing gave me about 900g.

Now say when they take back the items and gold and those characters don't have gold (but my main does) they just take it all from the main right?

Never done anything wrong on my account either, so just hope they will remind that and give me a final warning... think I learned my lesson lol.

It's really funny though certain people obviously exploited it for more than just gear gains, to change the economy and such, done it on a lot of chars and got no bans for it (they even mentioned it in guildchat and told people how to do it. People who do it not to harm others get the full blame.

For those who were ignorant enough to abuse this after it was posted on a forum such as this one, you were warned, by multiple people. I'm sure they'll probably permanently ban players with a history of offences, have fun.

Future Reference: For widely leaked exploits like this, don't abuse it. When enter a phrase into Google it returns a result. That's essentially how they round up the players that abused it. If you find something like this, don't share it, enjoy it while it lasts. If you want to release it later on, wait ~2 weeks without abusing it and then go for it.

Question - When you all say "ban" are you talking about the 72 hour suspension, or a perma-ban? I guess it depends

I just had a chat with a GM about this right now as I aswell got suspended for 72 hours. Thought that I would share what he/she said.





TL;DR
A final decision hasn't been made yet and an investigation is going on atm. Basically, players who did a massive harm on the server economy will most likely get a perm ban, the others might be able to dodge the banhammer this time.

Quite clearly a fake conversation. A GM wouldn't refer to other staff as "experts" nor would they tell you of their intentions regarding punishments.

Everyone who got suspended or banned deserved it anyway. You should never, ever use any exploits, bots, programs, ect unless you fully understand and accept the risk of punishments.
