Insane dps can be done in the first seconds of a fight because mostly the first big numbers create the high dps in skada/recount. For example warlocks need a few seconds to pull that off, melees can get there faster. Hunters, being the class with mostly highest critrate and skilled player do that all the time. I myself just did 250k top on my warlock with bloodlust, dark soul and kafapress as affliction in a 25sec fight. At the end I had 187k left. This would not work for algalon because it took me longer to pull off than the fight should be.

can someone confirm this is fixed or still working? all i read is different people saying different stuff. if you were able to do it and still have title please atleast write EU/US and your server. Ty

750k dps, even in high burst short duration enviroment, with BiS gear is simply not obtainable right now. Do you even realize how stupid you sound for even suggesting it?

lol dude stay bad then... he posted an irrelevant link. I've seen guys burst much higher than that with the right procs/potions and everything. Can he sustain at 750k? nope But can he burst in a few seconds with all of the above? Absolutely! There is a reason this DK is one of the top in the world that ran with us.

Are you honestly implying mage takes skill?

on-topic: I think a vast majority of the classes can reach a 700k burst phase, but many of them have a ramp up time so that's not really useful for this.. Maybe warriors with reckfulness + all CD's stacked ontop can reach 700k+ DPS within 2-3 seconds but other than that i'm not sure.

I've already spent 10k on gearing my lock for the "normal" way since this was hotfixed.
