Way to get CDkey? On my account

So I need my cdkey for my acc, can I like call blizzard and provide them with full info (except keys ofc) but like credit card transactions etc etc.

I think you can get a CD Key that is already in use and tell blizzard that someone already is using it and maybe they'll give you another.
