I am just about to hit 25 on second guild, both times horde spent an hour killing the NPC, i think with 2 toons uninterrupted would be 4-4.5hours for lvl1-25.

A friend of mine and I just got whispered by a GM and then banned for 72h 5 minutes ago. Our guild lost it's exp. I recommend you not to do this too much...
