You do get guild exp. I've got a guild paying me 100k to level them. Got them from 8-22 so far.
You just won't see the guild exp for about 20-30 seconds.

This specific macro will delete all apples in your bag with just one click:

and this macro will buy Spring Water for you, however you're required to spam this one a few times

Here is a guide i came up with if you're horde and want to cash in on this.

1. make a lvl 1 human
2. send yourself a boa cloak from your horde toon to that level 1 human
3. vendor the cloak to the closest npc (this will give you 30 gold)
4. with that 30 gold, run to Stormwind and purchase a guild chart (10 silver)
5. have that chart signed by your other accounts/friends/random people (for free of course)
6. once you have your guild, run down to goldshire and purchase 4 6-slot bags from one of the NPC behind the tavern counter and set your heartstone in goldshire
7. fill your bags with refreshing spring water but LEAVE ONE SLOT OPEN
8. run down to Gerard, and start turning water manually, or with your favorite key bindings (personally i have a keybinding for interact with target, and another one with the following macro

/run SelectGossipActiveQuest(1); CompleteQuest(); GetQuestReward()

9. once you're done turning in all your water, run to the south side of the farm field to an NPC called Joshua Maclure and vendor all your apples there and buy more water!

My guild is currently level 21 and i have so far used IN TOTAL 6 gold and 57 silver, and the guild will hit level 25 before i have spent the whole 30 gold. I had to come up with this gold management trick because i have no gold on alliance side whatsoever. When the guild is level 25, i can sell it and offer the buyer to pay with alliance gold, then use the neutral AH, or he can pay horde side where all my toons are.

Saw on the Horde side, that some one wrote in trade, that he could boost guild xp to level 25 in 1 hour, how is that possible?

1 hour would need considerable amounts of accounts spamming their turn ins. i'm using 2 accounts and so far level 21 guild took about 4 hours of work. so i'm guessing 10-12 accounts?
