Seriously, it's ugly as shit, but it's that kinda thing you mount up infront of someone to be like, hey, I'm richer than you, umad.

Yeah once I have it it's not actually too bad, the glowing yellow bits are quite nice in certain environments and the fact I can carry someone is cool since I don't have the rocket.

Nada. I tried last night. It gives errors saying that object is busy or you cant do that right now and whatnot.

I tried crafting items, prospecting, flipping fortune cards, opening lockboxes, using enchanting mats, buying things from vendors, placing things in guild banks, and trading things to players.

Just tried with a 5g pet I got on the AH to test consumable'ness. Will report back soon when my char is fixed to tell whether or not it actually got consumed and I still have it..if this works I'm definetly buying vial of the sands, learning it on all my chars, then reselling it.

Edit: Confirmed! I still have the pet, and I already know it. Will report back in quite a while when I do the whole process of buying the mount and learning it on my chars. Hopefully it isn't fixed by then haha.

ofc it is since you can resell it again after having learned it.

It's not a dupe by everyones standards... It just doesn't consume any recipes, mounts, or pets that you have and haven't learned, and, supposedly enchanting mats when used on your own gear(I think someone said that?). All in all this would allow you to, as many have said before, buy a Mechano-Hog, learn it, then resell it. I'd consider that a dupe; having a sandstone drake on 8 toons that all learned it via the same Vial of Sands seems like a dupe to me, but some may disagree.

if you do the mistake and logout to far away from the bug position only GM can unlock the toon?!

NO, as i found out after 3 days being logged in and not be able to logg that character.
He was hanging above the water just outside the SW mountains for 3 days.
a server restart solved it and i could logg in again.

at my character select screen it said he was in hillsbrad foothil wile i was actually bugging above the water behind the SW mountains.
when i could logg him again i just fell down where i was bugged all these days.

and about the dupe?
this is NOT duping at all, i rather call it extracting .
if it is a dupe i would think i have 2 items after doing the exploit.
