[Visual][client-side] Mess up your city with green "gas"

Since visual bugs seem to be popular lately, here's one. Go to Laj in Botanica and when you get Allergic Reaction, use HS before the debuff ends(while shielded or pet tanking). Too bad it seems you can't spread it to others and is client-side visual. I can imagine also some other similar debuffs can be bugged like this.

Perhaps it only spreads to party members. I wonder if you had friends waiting at the hearthstone location, if it would then spread. I can think of some locations I'd like to see gassed.
