basically, what you do is cast cobra shot, then immediatley afterwards use serpent sting, and the +3 or 2 seconds if you were to use it after using serpent sting as an opener. idk if its very useful but someone might find it to be.

just trying to contribute, and idk how its a loss when you are killing mobs, im currently level 83 and i think it makes sense to get that up for an extra 3 seconds (if you cant kill it below 15) before you even aggro the mob

I would say testing this on a target dummy for a short time (less then 30secs) if you have the points in improved serpent sting you will see a small increase in your DPS due to the instant damage from the talent but you are wasting focus and over a long fight this will be a massive DPS loss, think of it this way, for every two times you do this you wasted the focus cost of one explosive shot.

Despite that, the dps increase is REALLY minor, and i think it's common sense for all hunters being at the max level.
