Easy Bloodsail Rep after the patch

With the shattering all the bruisers in Booty Bay are now 85, making it hard to farm up Bloodsail Rep, with a new quest (The Damsel's (Bad) Luck - Quest - World of Warcraft) it changes all the bruisers down to level 35 mobs, but they still grant the same amount of rep.

When I see the quest's description, it says that you have to kill Bloodsail Corsairs and it will grant you Booty Bay rep. Do I take this quest is phased for those with a certain amount of rep with Bloodsail Buccaneers, and that th eobjective change to kill BB bruisers? Also, and if any of you know the answer, what will you say is the best approach to start gaining rep with Bloodsail from Hated given that the bruisers now are lvl 85?

Actually they do give reputation. I managed to farm 3k reputation with my bugged silithid pet before they fixed it.

Little offtopic: Are there any ways to get Steamwheedle Cartel rep back up from hated without losing Bloodsail reputation? They removed DM and Feralas repeatable quests in 4.0.3a.

Your an active remember and you don't realize this is not an exploit either... how sad. If its a quest, that anyone can pick up, and anyone can do. How is it an exploit. Jesus some of you guys are dumb asses. My little brother could have put this in the right section.
