I found this out while my guild was raiding ICC 10 man and we were on Deathbringer Saurfang.
Every 30 seconds (I think it is), Saurfang summons 2 adds which need to be kited by the ranged DPS in order to not hit anyone which would help Saurfang.
If the raid is positioned similar to this map:
and one ranged DPS on both sides is almost behind the wall they will be able to pull the add around, causing a longer kite path, but allowing them to still attack the add without being hurt.

NOTE: This LOS trick works on the other wall as well, I never took a picture though.
With this method however you have to be sure that the DPS near the wall gets the aggro, and hunter's ice traps work very well allowing more time to kill the adds.
I searched and didn't find any similar threads.
