lol mate, Finland, Korea USA w/e, you can't play retail without paying, unless in china, as far as I know one company was trying to make it f2p (not sure it was china or korea, was something like that bah..).

Yes... You got to buy the game , you will get 1 month free then you will need to pay the fees .. after that you might have to buy the expansion to be able to level 60+...
