It's impossible to steal ideas unless you have a device to blank the other guy's memory.
If someone has an apple and you take it, they don't have it anymore. If someone has an idea and you copy it, both of you still have the same idea. OT rant: It's sad how corporations and entities like the RIAA, MPAA or Microsoft are succeeding in making people believe that there's such a thing as "intellectual property". Don't confuse their imaginary property with copyright laws though. That's an entirely different story although it doesn't have anything to do with stealing either.
