And wouldn't the /afk in a BG do the same thing since it normally boots you out? That was also posted in the video.

When you do /AFK directly in front of the macro (just add it one line above it) you see this on your screen as you DC:

You are now AFK: Away From Keyboard
You are no longer AFK
-disconnected-

You see on his screen that he's inside the BG with Deserter. It's clearly visisble to everyone that he's done something.

So far I havent been able to get back logged in after doing this though, my toon gets stuck in WSG according to /who from another one and I get the 'A character with that name already exists' error. My location is blank on the login menu.

Where did you que from when did you this? Did you que directly after playing another WSG, or had you been inside this one for >5mins when you did it? It seems if you're trying to do the Otherworld glitch using its macro, its gonna mess things up unless you aren't bugged trying to load the wrong map.

you dont report anyone. u just tell a GM and he will see who did the fancy DCbugg.. as som1 said its easly spotted by GM's

I tried this few times but didnt get working.

1. Tried few times by typing /afk, pressing enter and clicking macro same time, got deserter + out from BG.
2. Made macro which had /afk before the dc macro. Results: I wasnt able to log in before the BG was over.
3. Made macro with DC and /afk after it. I received "you are now afk" text in chat box but when i logged back in i was in BG without deserters or anything.
4. Made macro with /afk, then DC, then /afk again and just got out from bg with deserter.

Got it working!!

You MUST HAVE "AUTOCLEAR AFK" OFF

So when you type /afk and walk, you still stay afk.

Now when i typed /afk, then i clicked the macro and quite immediately after that pressed enter, i stayed in BG as deserter.
