Just summon your NPC as usually, but then mount on your epic Flymount. Wait some seconds: Win, your NPC run as fast as your Flying speed, so he can find the spy a lot faster.

Working as intended and it dont go any faster, the wolf just runs faster but takes the same time to get the mob to appear.
