I got a nutty one for you. Highly unlikely but should be doable.

Get saved to Heroic Trial of the Grand Crusader without failing on any attempts. Change factions. Before the raid resets, complete it after recruiting a raid group with your new faction.

The tribute chest, based on your old raid ID, should contain the opposite faction mount reward, either Swift Alliance Steed or Swift Horde Wolf because the loot would have been generated before the change.

It seems unlikely you would be unsaved from instances as a result of the race/faction change. They will probably patch this out later if anyone does it. But we'll see.

As a side note: Since you can get exalted with the Iceborn, which takes around 3 months of doing their one daily, you should be able to get exalted with the Hand of the Forsaken this way.

Also, since you retain reputation but faction quests all reset and the process repeats, you could use this to get exalted with all Horde/Alliance factions which give rep from quests, simply by repeating every 3 months. Downside being, you will lose all Wintersaber/Tranquillen rep with every transfer, and Tabard of the Hand and Blood Knight's Tabard both become worthless guild tabards. But should make all city/TBC/WotLK Alliance/Horde factions farmable... and maybe a few others beside if you can get rep from faction-specific quests... without setting foot in a high level dungeon, simply repeating the leveling quests for each side with each transfer.

Two reasons this won't work, EVER.

2. Faction change clears your instance locks. (100+ Conquest in one day)

It is a quest item, so I'd guess not. On the flipside, control of that whole region in Ashenvale is going to the Horde in the expansion so Alliance may be losing theirs if the quest is removed.

I suspect, similar to non-combat pet changes and the inclusion of the Ravasaur, that we'll eventually see a vendored, neutral item to replace this. Maybe from the Timbermaw. (I suspect old world grind factions will get revisited in the expansion anyway.)

He is the druid. Druids CAN wield Sulfuras, Hand of Ragnaros. It is a 2H Mace

The character he is looking at on the horse is a Warrior. Warriors can wear mail shoulders *AND* can wield swords.

There is no way it's a private server. Who would bother getting exalted the with Argent Dawn on a private server? Why would people bother running Blood Furnace?

And also if you look at the conversation, people are commenting on his mount on how its weird that he has it. If it was a private server and everyone could get them they would think nothing of it.. Also i armoried the player Soruon, which you could see was in the LFG and he was lfm for Blood furnace. Soruon happens to be a retail player who is level 66 and is a Tauren Druid. This would make since due to his level and his race, due to the fact that most private servers use LFG for world chat - Allies and horde.

All of the TOC mounts are race restricted, so even if you were somehow get them over, you wouldn't be able to use them. It may be possible for some of the gear pieces, however.
