Use this quick, it's gonna get nerfed fast.

Easy way: buy a stack of arrows. Split one out, pick it, then delete it. Repeat until you have 350 lockpicking.

Or you can just go in a line picking everything in your bag, then repeating... you get skill on each time if you do it that way!
