Here what i did, i got a stack of savory deviates, then split it into 20 different stacks of 1, just went threw the line picking one at a time ( i also macroed lockpicking to be more efficient- click the button then click the mouse, very easy )

okay, so you have been doin the same item over and over, and it doesn't give you skill points... well all you have to do is lockpick a different item!
Pick all the items in your bags! + 50 right there!!! you can even take off your armor and do those!
