Okey,
First of all, this post is a collection of most of the items that change your Matron title, this post is to prevent this:
"OMFG I FOUDN A BUG!! USE IRON BOOT FLASK AND YOU GET PATRON TITLE!!! LOLBBQ REP ME IM LEET"
Second: THIS WORKS AS INTENDED

ITEMS:

Iron Boot Flask

Orb of the Sin'dorei

Underbelly Elixir

Savory Deviate Delight

Pygmy Oil

AURAS:

Fel Orc transformation from Netherwing Edge (Shadowmoon Valley)

Caverns of Time: How-to: use one of the items above (while transformed into human in CoT / Durneholde / Black Morras) then right-click the debuff to stay male during the entire time, and stay with Patron title.

Too bad I'm not Male in-game so I dont know what items/spells/auras that change Patron to Matron

Q: Why did you post this in Exploits when it works as intended?
A: Because, as I said, this is to prevent n00b posts and most of the n00bs doesn't read "Guide Section".

Im still trying to find more items that change the title, please help me in my quest! ^^

Like, I don't understand why it is so awesome to change title from Matron to Patron, and you are on a quest to find every single item in the game that does it? Ghad, is there not enough of this crap already?

I tell you son, on a side note, all of you out there, if you find a item or a way to change these titles and keep them PERMANENTLY - then you may post it. Do not post any more even tho you find some weird quest item that makes title swap for 5 mins. It just cracks me up.

edit: Even to it may not look like, I did read the (your) entire post but sorry, I am just getting sick of all this Matron-Patron stuffs and see zero interest in it..
