What do I do when I have the account?

So, I have a problem.

I see all these scams to get account info, but I don't understand how to make the account mine. I mean, you can change the password but without their email info I'm stumped as to what to do to prevent them from retrieving the password. Help?

If you have the SQA and name you can change the email by calling Blizzard.
