If he means you become invincible that would be ownage. But its hard to indeed understand what he is talking about further then duelling.

Dueling in Dalaran seems buggy, I have often ended up with a bug where I cannot attack my opponent since they count as friendly, but my health is fixed at 100% and I cannot die. (they can attack me)

I can't find any use for it though.
