Circle of wills, keep on dueling without winning or losing!

This is what happened to me and a friend rogue.
We went to the sewers of Dalaran and there we duelled with each other. Now what happened is that I dealt 2 crits on the rogue of 10k each with starfire and he has only 17k hp, normally, he would lose the duel, but this time, we kept on fighting at 1 hp and we could go on for ages until i fled. In that area i could also duel with a horde, but he we could not attack each other.

That's duelling the other faction only, the first bug/trick i found by my self

I think this is the way it's supposed to be... every time I duel in the sewers, this happens.

also when i sap someone on my rogue while dueling in there i can attack him without breaking sap ^^ works with blind also

i was duelling people in front of orgrimmar sind vanilla wow (as alliance), nothing new but you can only duel people who arent flagged for pvp

Dalaran has like only 1 duel spot and it's so bugged.. I really hope that the fact you can't win or loose duels in the sewers is a bug and not intended!
