[Shafted!] Achievement with 1 arrow :)

This is how it works; you target someone at wheverever you are and shoot the silver shafted arrow, then u will get the (Number)/10 up before u actually shot the arrow, fast cancel the 'casting'. U can do this 10 times with only 1 arrow;
