Eazy Shafted! Achievement

Get 10 Silver Shafted Arrows. Use it on a person. Let that person summon and dismiss his non-combat pet. And now you can use the arrow again on that person. Repeat this 10 times and you have the achievement in a couple of seconds instead of searching for people that don't have a Peddle pet yet.

I think you both are missing the point. The OP isn't posting about "using 1 arrow again and again" but he says "you can use 10 arrows on same person" and that hasn't been fixed ( I don't even think that it's an exploit), you can just use arrow on the same person again and again as long as they dismiss their pet, it has nothing to do with the instant cast arrow.
