With the disconnection scam, it makes it so they cancel the dispute, making it the only way to get back is by calling PayPal, not a lot of Chinese Scammers do this.

I would not suggest donating scammed money to the site, as the money wold probably be taken back if the precautions are not taken, then you will be screwed.
