no matter what the original owner will always be able to get his account back, i got my hunter hacked, all info changed, i sended a form explaining carefully what happened with a photcopy of my passport. Last week i got it back. So what i would do is clean her up (items/gold etc) and leave it as it is.

If you really want to keep him you would need the last name. Create a new world of warcraft BC account with the same lastname and transfer it over to that account for 25 dollars.
