Actually, this is quite funny to use, but your "how to use it" in raid was just a retarded example.

Use it all the way if you're not in raid situation. Otherwise, don't use it, even if you want to get on top of the healing meter (quite dumb to think like that actually, as these healing meters don't mean anything).

I don't play priest, can you use it on people who aren't in your group ?
If you can, I think that can be usefull for fishing contest because move interrupt fishing ^^
