I think its also worth mentioning that if you jump constantly in the lava it doesnt hurt you, I learned this from personal experience, but im almost positive its been posted, so I didnt bother.

It doesn't matter if you swim deep in the lava or just stand in it and jump. I would consider the jumping one an exploit and this one not because there is an obvious penalty for sitting in the fire and taking damage, while the jumping one you take none and it gives some benefit toward using it.

They are talking about two different parts of the encounter... how is it the same thing ?


One is talking about the Lava Churning ( Flame Wall ) And the other is talking about avoiding Flame Strikes .. (Random balls of fire that fall from the Sky..)
