EU account scams help

need a little help with scamming EU accounts, ive got alot of them but dont know what to do with them, normally when i scam a US account i just call up blizz/change email then transfer + sell char.

but with EU accounts i cant do that, tried calling up EU blizz and they wanted an ID or some dumb shit like that. what to do?

EU needs CD key/ID etc for a recall. That's it, no other way around, unless you got the CD key.
