[Theory] Over 100 bg marks in S4

Just wanted to thank you for a great forum.

So i got this theory:

1. Get 100 marks from all bg's.

2. buy Pvp mount

3. Farm the marks up again.

4. Day after S4, buy for the 100 marks pvp items. Then write a Gm ticket with something similar with " Hello i just made a big mistake and bought Pvp mount when i needed all marks for pvp items. Didn't think of it and regret it now. Could i get a refound?"

So...farm 100 marks...buy the mounts....then farm 100 more, buy the gear...then try to get the marks from the mounts bak for gear the GM clearly sees that u have?

This just in...GM's can do ITEM RESTORATIONS!

This means they can not only give you back an item that you lost, but it also means they can give you back honor/arenapoints/marks/spiritshards/badges/anythingexceptgold if you spend it on something.

This is not an exploit. Because the GM's know what they are doing, they are allowed to do it, and it is working as intended.

Sorry to take this out of you original poster, but this is the 2,534th thread about using an item restoration as an "exploit." Any Blizzard GM trolling these forums trying to fix WoW dismisses this thread and any similar thread immediately.

I don't think you people are understanding.

1) Get 100 Marks of every BG Token.

2) Buy a PvP Mount spending 40 Marks.

3) Farm the 40 Marks, giving setting you back to 100.

4) Tell the GM you want a refund for the mount, giving you 40 marks back.

All in theory, of course.

Clearly titled wrong. But I think what he means is that if you do this, then you can have 2 pieces of S4, (assuming that you need bg marks for it?) while everyone else is still farming their asses off for their 2nd piece, you'll be workin on your third.

I understand what you mean. When you buy a pvp mount you are basically putting some marks in a "bank" until you spend the marks you have when s4 begins, then you page a GM to get your marks out of your "bank" The problem with this is that it counts as an item restoration, which is why it is not an exploit. You have a limited number of item restorations, and whatever that number may be, one of these times you are gonna get screwed when the GM tells you "no." So again, this isn't an exploit because it counts as an item restoration when you do it.

If this works then wouldn't it be possible to get 2 unique items, since the marks are Unique(100)
Example
1. Buy the Vindicator's Ring
2. Delete it
3. Buy another
4. Restore the Vindicator's Ring by a GM
5. Equip both?

EDIT: Oh, just thought of something that they would most likely do... they would just send the marks to your mailbox and you can only get the out of ur mailbox when you use the other ones, exactly the same as when you do a BG and you got 100 marks the extra 3, or 1 you get from winning/losing the BG get sent into your mail.

I have used more then 3 restorations, and last time i asked a gm he said they had no limit but if u like asked for, lets say 15 restorations in a short period of time, they would say no
