The old way to get name changed still works. Delete your character and make a new one with the same name. Petition GM to restore your character and it will ask you for a new name when you log in.

wtf is with these name change threads. likely someone wont have a random name like that, but if they did.. They have people employed that speak almost every language. And whether they do or not for yours, they will do some research and look up to see if that's what it really is. They're not going to be like oh ok here's your name change.
