Enablin spells in arena

Hi people ...

I want to ask how to enable some spells in arena ... It write You cant do that in an arena but i cant find it in core or DB ... do no idea. I need it for nitro boots.

nitro boots are not even allowed on retail servers >.> if you are going for fun servers someone might pop up and answer you, however I can't as I don't know for that explicit situation.

I can only presume that its in the core, as if it was disabled via the database it would be in spells_disabled (I think thats the table name), i would look through the core files for something resembling arena in the name, although it could be under many different file names.

Yeah ... I look into sources but nothing like this ... Today I am going look again and more detayled but i think with no result
