    MySQL Problem

Okay so i really messed up my Mysql. For some reason the pass i use for mysql has been changed somehow. So i have no idea what the pass could be and ive tried all the ones that come to mind but none of them work. So i need to know if theres a way to reset Mysql so i can change the password some how or some way. Please make it simple it would help out soo much. Thank you.

Uninstalling MYSQL completely will remove all instances of mysql. That includes login info. That also includes data, so you may want to backup your MYSQL folder. Once everything is uninstalled (Even removed from "Add/Remove Programs"), reinstall mysql, this time making sure you know the login info.

You can't change it if you don't know what it is : /
If the password remains after reinstallation that means you didn't uninstall COMPLETELY.

Open taskmgr and terminate any running mysql instance. Then uninstall mysql. Go to add/remove programs and remove any mysql server you have running. After everything is completely eradicated, restart your computer and install mysql 5.1 fresh.
