    Not really sure how to do it, can someone tell me how. Im also using Phpmyadmin for this.

    Just download ADE (Ascent Database Editor) works great.

    ADE as far as I know doesn't work with the latest revs. Not compatable, but it varys. Try it, see if tables are different, if they are not, then it is fast and easy way to make quests and backup; if not, it's still helpfull as it tells you the id's of each part meaning you can fill in the quest part manually.
