i got in one time and it Dced me and now when i run the Logonserver.exe it works then i run ascent.exe and it works all the way down until it says authenticating on 8092 then says Authentication failed. Help plz!

How do i fix it when i get error 2003 localhost cannot access the server or somthing like that... says i may need to open a port... and when i do.. same problem O_o

Can sum1 hlp me i got it all downloaded and everything and i mad the connection but when i click on it it says can not connect to "Host localhost" any ideas

I had to work my way around a few problems but I got it all working, the server ran beautifully. I probably messed up somewhere but after 5 days it got buggy, I'll redo the whole thing and try again though.

i have a problem. i think its something i did though.

ok before i tryed to create a server i went to Dyndns.com so i could protect my ip. then in the realms.config i put undergroundwow.kicks-ass.org under the address area. then i run ascent and loggin server everything works. then i open the game try to log in and it says unable to connect to realm server.

Any Ideas

Ok so I followed this guide exactly and it worked perfect! But now my problem is the Disconnecting. I know there have been lots of posts but I was just wondering if anyone has found a solution yet?

I was wondering if maybe it had something to do with the maps that i extracted from ad.exe. Or maybe my computer just isn't beast enough to run the server AND wow at the same time.

Any feed back would be awesome and thanks for this great guide.

Hey I got the problem of Disconnection at enter world, I get in upon new character creation, no video comes up, and i see grass then a rapid Disconnection. Please help! I have two impatient people wanting to play ATM. :wave:

I think ive found a solution to D/c's at enter world, it must be because the server will only hold 2.3.0, it will disconnect you at anything above.

Will post after I repatch to prove this. :wave:
