I used the arcemu by fearking. when i openend it there was only logonserver and world as the cmd things. i had all the otherconfig and folder etc.. except i didnt have a mysql start and stop??? so when i go to navicat and make a new connection and try to open it, i get and error 2003- cant connect to MySql server on 'localhost' (10061) Can someone either tell me how to workaround this or another suitable repack that has a mysql start in it XD im not that clever with all this stuff so i apologise if this is a n00bish question

I downloaded Theo's Funpack Server. I'm having a bit of a problem trying to find the sql files to execute into my Navicat. I just can't seem to find them!

Okay I downloaded the Blizzlike Repack from Theo. And now I can't get to the stage to attach batch files to my database cause there are no .sql files in the repack. So what files do I need to attach to my logon and world in Navicat?

This is a great guide, but i've been having problems with creating a character. Everytime I attempt to create a character, I get disconnected from the server.

Any tips?

EDIT: I fixed it, but ran into another issue: when i logged into the game world, i found myself under the Alterac mountains without any character rendering whatsoever, and i couldnt move the camera or anything else, or the game would crash.

You need to download the DBC files from another Repack. I had this problem myself as well. Downloaded ArcEmu Repack by fearking which doesn't have the DBC files. So I copied the DBC files from Theo's Blizzlike Repack that works for me.

But there doesn't seem to be one complete Repack. Some repacks don't even got the database files inside it.
