Hey can u help me i get an eror when i try to open conection it sed 1045 access denied for user root@localhost (using password yes)

First of all I would like to know how to create another account on the server, so i can play lan with a friend.
Second, how do I get lvl 80, since i can only level my characters to 70?
and how do i get npc's and mobs in northrend ?

lol! i had that problem to, this is how i fixed it:

when you reach the page where you need to fill in your (new)password, just leave the 'current password' box empty.
and hit next.

but i see you have (using password yes) so i think you just have forgot your corrent pass. Now you will need to reInstall mysql. And do not forget to delete de dir to.

means the MySQL password you put in your logonserver / World is wrong. where is says password " " in the "here" type the MySQL password you made.

1a. make server public

1b. setup accounts in heidisql (NOTE: when you add an account, make sure the flags are what your admin/gm account is. the video here uses a different db but the steps in adding an account are the same).

2. you can level him or use the command
.modify level 80
3. that has to do with the repack you choose.

hi every time i try and do this and load up the logonserver.exe and the world 1 it says authentications from 127.0.0.1 rasult FAIL. key 9AA3B63OA77DDD4D7FAFBC48216AA3EB7A56FDFA. I dont know what do do because all the files are right i think and it wont let me login right or play on the realm please help lol(people could call me a noob and i probly have missed somthing out lol but i am nealy sure i havnt)

Open your logonserver.conf and make sure your remote password it "ascent", that fixed that problem for me.

^Not really sure about that one. But check your firewall and make sure that, that port is open. And look in your config files and make sure that nothing needs to connect to the mysql server on the original port.
