DON'T REPLACE THE DBC FILES THAT IS WITH THE REPACK! YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO ONLY MOVE THE MAP FILES, NOT THE NEW DBC FILES.

I assume you know how to install hamachi and create a server in it. Well, take note of your Hamachi ID (at the top of hamachi application)

Then you need people to connect to your hamachi server and setting their relmlist to Set realmlist "YOUR HAMACHI ID"

After that you configure your world.conf file and your logon.conf replacing whereever the server refers to your 127.0.0.1 IP's with your hamachi ID.

Pretty sure that should do it. Backup the config files just in case...

ok mate i followed all ure steps and stuff, but when i start up the mangosd it just crashes, its like i start it and its not even up one second before it shuts down whats the problem?

Did you change motd Kimmern?
Have you replaced the DBC files (You are supposed to have those that was in the repack)

ok worked now as i have NO motd, but still, one more question now as your online, How do i make the server Public With Hamachi ? like what do i have to change is the mangosd.conf and realmd.conf ?

you change both realmd and mangosd. Instead of having your IP as the server address you wanna put your hamachi ID. Also whoever wants to connect to it will have to set their realmlist as your hamachi ID. let me know if this works. Haven't tried it myself. I prefer to use dns and port forwarding for this.
