No unless the dev fixes it.

The other module that apparently still thinks it's active when it's not is the "Reward Played Time." It's disabled on our server but constantly sends messages in chat, something about "your roll" not being good. Neither module (PVP Zone and Reward) behavior is game breaking but it's a bit distracting when they can't be fully disabled. More concerning is the player bot night elf ability to ride at 2-3x speed on their mounts in BGs. I thought at first it was just night elf druids, but it appears to be all night elves riding cat mounts. They zip around to objectives like an old school retail speed hack, lol.

Playerbots do work, don't get me wrong. I have between 2000 and 3500 bots, and the majority of them congregate around banks and the auctionhouse on both factions and major cities, and not out in the world where I'd like them to be.
I have the exact same problem, so to speak.... @Aldebaraan suggested to tweak the settings in playerbot.conf, and i did that under "Activities" i set it 100% active bots even when a real player is not around them, but they still seem to be "stucked" in major cities and around banks, AH, etc.... I would also like that random bots would be more out in the world in different zones, doing quests, leveling or PVPing with each other... I rarely see some random bot when i level on of my chars in different areas of any continent...

I don't know if this will be helpful to you, but so far, it has worked better, not 100%, but still better than it was.
AiPlayerbot.RandomBotGuildCount = 60 <-- up from 20
AiPlayerbot.RandomBotMaxLevelChance = 0.25 <-- up from 0.15
AiPlayerbot.BotActiveAlone = 100 <-- up from 10
AiPlayerbot.BotActiveAloneForceWhenInRadius = 150
AiPlayerbot.BotActiveAloneForceWhenInZone = 1
AiPlayerbot.BotActiveAloneForceWhenIsFriend = 1
AiPlayerbot.BotActiveAloneForceWhenInGuild = 1
AiPlayerbot.RandomBotGroupNearby = 1
When I run those settings, I find that bots hanging around the AH and banks are around 15-40 instead of 100 or more, and see many more bots out in the world. One change that you'd think wouldn't make a difference is upping the guild count for bots. I see quite a few bots running together if they're in the same guild, especially in level 50+ zones.

I played SPP Classics in Vanilla and TBC before trying this excellent repack, and even though the AI Playerbots are base off the same code, there are differences in their .conf file. For example, in the SPP repack, you have a setting thus:
# Chance bot chooses RPG (Teleport to random camp for their level) instead of grinding
AiPlayerbot.RandomBotRpgChance = 0.20
Setting that to a lower number reduced the bots in towns and outposts throughout Azeroth. I don't remember seeing that setting in AC playerbots .conf. I remember setting this lower would result in more bots out in the world, higher and you have lots of bots hanging out in town.

The following settings were already applied, with no succes i might add...
AiPlayerbot.BotActiveAlone = 100 <-- up from 10
AiPlayerbot.BotActiveAloneForceWhenInRadius = 150
AiPlayerbot.BotActiveAloneForceWhenInZone = 1
AiPlayerbot.BotActiveAloneForceWhenIsFriend = 1
AiPlayerbot.BotActiveAloneForceWhenInGuild = 1
I just changed the rest that you suggested and im looking forward seeing how it goes... i'll let you know. Thanks a lot!

Is there anyway to add the multi bot addon to playerbots? I'm just looking for an easier way to control the bots in a group.

You put the addon in your client game folder that you play the game with, e.g. WOW/Interface/AddOns

Well, I found the setting also and changed it to .10 and didn't see much difference for the AC bots. My bots congregate in and around the bank for the most part in major towns, but I do still see some out in the world solo. What I don't see is them grouping up much for some reason. It's kind of an interesting contrast, as these bots are pretty chill and like to mostly just hang out. In SPP it almost got annoying, as the bots were always inviting you to group with them and you'd see them out in the world grouped up grinding. It was hard to find a free bot to group with sometimes, ha. You could always command them to leave their group and join you though.

I can't seem to find config.wtf in the chromie client. And the Russian board hid the link to its client. I don't know where to go from here. Also Worldserver won't work. It won't connect. I followed all your instructions in order and now I am stuck, what do I do?

1. Use the client from warmane.
2. What error are you getting? Does it crash? If yes post crashlog.

Its crashes so fast I can't see it. I hit start server and then worldserver crashes. I don't know why... I will attempt to get a picture of it so I can type it out when I get home.

Thanks! It's much easier to use the bots now.
