also i think it works only with spells that got instant cast . cose i tried lot of spells that got casting time and its not works with em .

duh not works for palas divine storm and crusader strike , also dont work with rogues skill that gives 110-120% of wep dmg and gives 30% dodge ore something like that .

works on Ice Lance , Arcane Explosion

also if you not turn CE before relog it will crush game.

GCD = Global CoolDown...

Global Cooldown the 1 second cooldown on all your spells after u used something. It is mostly for the instant casts. Like for example, rogue sinister strike.... or backstab..

they are both instant cast, however u must wait 1 second before using the next spell..
that is GCD.

Divine storm has a 6 second cd... and that is not GCD so is crusader strike.

btw here is how to not crash the client, dont copy the green address, also if your server has "cheat engine protection" just rename the window you will be fine since it works for me.
