i keep getting D/Ced when i make a charactor

this is what happens on my server. it supports patch 2.3.2.
whenever i make a char, it says creating character for less than half a sec, then says disconnected form server. help plz?

BUMP cmon guys, this is like the last help i need, whenever i make a char, i dno, it just crashes
