Epic 600 cloak gets 2/2 upgrade for free when you make it legendary.

Hi, just thought I would share this, as I am sure there most be at least SOMEONE out there like me who didn't know this.

Basically, if you want to get the legendary cloak on alts, do not upgrade your epic 600 cloak. When you use the item to make the cloak legendary, it also becomes 2/2 upgraded (no valor cost).

For those who didn't know this already, enjoy! Save your alts some valor!

You even compared it to something that did not work in a similar fashion.

You see, you don't upgrade your epic cloak (like you say you had to do with pvp gear). It gets upgraded WHEN you use the item to create the legendary. So it goes from 0/2 to 2/2 without you spending valor points on it.
