FFS, it sdoesnt matter if you have hackpatch you are either not selecting the folder with wow.exe or your w is a new copy you need lan older version that has like 10 .mpq files in teh data folder instead of 2 like in the new version.

i need help because im hosting a lan party on this friday and we would like to have an emu server for patch 2.0.6.6337 and i cant find one thats working.

I get to the server select screen and I choose my server and it says "Connected" and the only choice is cancel. then it shows the screen with the arrows yo rotate your character but there is'nt a character. I can't connect. What do I do?

well i save everything in my new WoW folder and yes i did downgrade if thats what you mean.

Yah my extractor isnt working either i think its because i cant find a WoW exe in the folder. where can i get? i just have a file that says WoW, not WoW exe.

ya mine isnt WoW exe either i just said it because he did and what do you mean it doesnt work does it just blink up really quick when you click it?cause thats whats mines doin.

hey ya i got a QUESTION lol were do i tern my server on and if it's wowemu thing in the emu folder i open it and it lodes then it say's that the key is to old can u help please??

I pulled off my first in an hour or so with the Noob Friendly Guide to Making a Private Server :P

Anyhoo, I removed it cos I was fed up with having almost no instances (running patch 1.09 server :P) and upgraded to Amrican's latest, the other was one of his too. Great repacks, very reliable and stable. Here's the question though - the last one had some nice tools with it, but this one don't. Anyone got some tools (i.e. quest and item creator) that I can get a download link for? I'm making my items slowly but surely in the file atm, but finding the models takes ages........

ok, my last post can be forgotten, I redownloaded the old one then cut and poasted the tools, then deleted the the old one again. Problem solved, I have my tools

Unless someone has a spell creator?
