my friend made a mangos server, everything worked fine, I made my WoW to correct version.. now when i try to connect his server, enter username & password, it does all the ''connecting'' and ''handshaking'' etc. things until ''Connected'' -box stays in screen for 2-4sec, then it says ''Disconnected from server''. My friend should know what he's doing, he has posted few exploits on this sites and you may know him as 'Pigglet'.. I'm kinda newb at this kinda stuff but he helped me all the time and everything should work properly but it just doesnt.. He can connect his server, but I can't. First time I tried it, i saw his server on serverlist, but when i tried to enter, it just disconnected like every other times. What shall we do to make this shit work correctly....?

I got the same thing to it stays at connected after 2 - 4 sec. disconnect.

Okay, I just have a small question about private servers. I apologize if this was already askedm but I didn't want to waste my time reading 51 pages of questions. >.>;

I've recently been forced to quit playing the live servers because my internet has a monthy access limit. (5GB's to be exact) and Online games caused us to go way over. I figured if I made a private server with my computer's own IP address, It would be "offline"?

So my question is: Can I make a private offline server to play on? without using up all my internet access?

and the tellaportation totum says unkown entry on it and when i click on it nothing happens and the town gaurds dont tell u where to find things pls help!!!!

can anyone tell me anyway i can play on my pc dont care if server is online or not.... every patch hack or whatever has bad links or dead pages i have 1.12.1 saw something about chemicals repack but cant find a link any help would be greatly appreciated. my last attempt was mangos i got to the phpsqladmin hit it and said page not available..:confused:

dont know if this has been posted before so dont be mad.

i have set up my private server using amrican93 repack everything works fine, but i wanted to make custom items so i searched here and found that video that explains how to make a custom item. i made a sword and did exactly like the video told me to, but when i was gonna quip it i noticed it was "Axe" and not sword, so now i have to do .learnall for everytime i create a new item and the dps dosnt work either:S plz help.

I was wondering how to change the realm name and since I'm behind a router (Netgear) how to get it so people can access it. I'm expierenced with the port forwarding and everything but I've set port 80 and the other in the guide that came with it (excluding the MySQL port since that is all server-side work) and it will not work. I cannot even access the registration page on another computer in the network from that computer's network IP.

1st question: download navicat http://www.navicat.com start it up make a new connection like TBC (username stays as root and pass is root) left click on it go to realmd click on it go to realmlist and edit server name. KEEP IT OPEN FOR NEXT THING

2nd question: download hamachi http://hamachi.cc set up a network (it givves u insturctions dont worry) then at the top The big numbers put that in the realmlist thing as server address in navicat.

I have SQLyog which I use. Also, about hamachi, I need there to be a way that people can connect without downloading extra software. And again, I said that it would not even show the page on one of my computers inside the network, but it shows its website on the server computer.
