Hey Guys i have a Litle problem i hoped to get an awnser to here... i have done a Server and when i make a char, log in and kill a mob and tryes to loot it i get Disconnected :S i wonder why's that? can some one help me i would get very happy (or my bro that makes me)

1. Your DBC might be outdated
2. Are you over level 70?
3. Ur 'Core' and 'DB' dont fits togheter (ex: Ascent 2934 and NCDB 1008 can make it unstable)

I'm about to logg on to Project SMW, but I always get DC after 3 sec
Every race has theire spawning point in Emerald Dream, but no intro movie for every race. ( A Teleport away from the area dosn't Work )

I myself think the problem is, that the Intro movie for every race is deleted, which causes some chaos with the other files which is prepeared for a intro movie.
And then makes it a DC. ( well something like it)

I'm not the only player having the problem on the server.
I really need to know because I'm supposed to me the Event manager there, but can't convince them to change spawn location atm.

What do you guys think the problem is?

Razhol This Happend to me I Think you need a New Rev or try comipleing youre Own.

Or Use someones Re-pack such as Spartansp's Works Great.

Hi all!

I got a problem.
I have my own server with 2.8 ascent stable and an old ncdb, i would love to update ascent and ncdb also, but everytime i try it, the account will bugged, I mean no one can log in from the old account db which i executed to the new ncdb. Any way to figure it out?

My tips is to wait for 3.4 Stable

dann462 i had the same issues. it's due to an extra field used in the logon database in 3.4+ ascent.
Here's how you can fix it.
go into your logon database and execute this:

alter table accounts add column muted int(30) not null default 0;

Guys i have a server set up. I can connect to it fine and the .kill command works, but the other Gm comeds will not. For example i cant level myself up or anything like that. any ideas?

Be sure your gm rank is "az", check the commands whit it: .command

I just checked it, and yes i am set up as a gm. it has the az next to my name under the .command. thank you for trying...any other ideas?

i can do some commands like make myself invisible. it says i make my self invincible but i still take damage, and i still cant level myself up.

To be invisible use .invisible and re-enter to the zone
To level up use .modify level 70
To be invulnerable use .cheat god

Ok so i have been working with emulators for a while now, and Chrispees have always been some of the best repacks out there. However, in game whenever i talk with a vendor i Inevitably get kicked, and also, after spending the time to set up the server publicly (had to start over from scratch) it isnt allowing the users to log in from remote networks. They see their screen for an instant but then it d/c's them. Is there some sort of issue that i havent found here that is causing this problem? does someone know ?

anyone know who made the private server software. it must have been a hack of a work and me beeing a hobby programmer would like some insights
