[help] Paypal e-mail

I got this e-mail:

Dear Customer,

we are from Goldsoon.com, sorry for disturb you, but we are sorry to informed you, that your payment have been choiced to review by paypal, and we have called paypal center to enquire this investigation. Paypal told us, that they suspect that you aren't the holder of this account, so they temporarily freezed your account. You can login in your paypal account and click resolution center, send your personal information to paypal, then they will reverse this freezed. After we received the confirm email from paypal about unfreeze of your account, we will send the golds as soon as possible. Thanks for your cooperation.

I used a fake paypal with scammed money with an ip that didn't match my ip, so paypal locked my account.

Are there any fake-mails so they believe me my account is oke again?

Its hard to get info from someone you dont know.

Choiced must be chosen I guess.

Hmm when I speak to them, they say they didn't got an confirmation e-mail yet. ''paypal is still on hold''
They are pretty stupid.
If anyone got an template of an e-mail that says confirms it isn't on hold anymore
