Alright. I've been working on this all weekend, but it's not working.

I've wanted to play my own private server for so long, but then it didn't work.. what a kick in the balls.

Ok Can You Please Help Me?? I tried smithen1's guide and it says fatal error then it closes my computer down. then 4 or 5 mins later it comes back and says Send Error Report Complete. Is This Normal???

that is definetly not suposed to happen but sometimes it does, happend to me. all i did was reinstalled World Of Warcraft, and the repack and just redid it. u mite want to do the same

i posted earlier and i said

my server was working fine then out of no where it just stopped working = / it gets stuk on "Connecting" when i enter my username and password then press enter. if u could help me solve this problem it would b great

btw im running AFG v3 repack

its not a server loop cause when i clik cancel and try it again it does the same thing over and over then it says "Unable to connect" this problem occured when i hooked up a router to my pc and it changed my ip address.. i changed the old ip address in the "wowemu" thing in the repack folder to my current new one (and in my folder with WoW). but i still cant connect >.< is there anything im missing...? i cant figure out the problem = /

i re-open wowemu.exe for the logging into server problem and still doesnt work . SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!

I'm using the mangos emulator from:

Everything was going smooth until I ran the MangosDB thing. In the dummy guide it said that it would just load that for a while and then say 'mangos>_'. Mine has been running for about an hour an hour now, constantly 'moving' locations. Example message:

TESTship moved to -####.#### -####.####

It's been repeatedly moving the following locations:
TESTship
Zepplin routes to and from ogrimmar
Feathermoon ferry
Serenity's shore
Proudmoon's treasure
Moonspray

There are a lot more, but I can't be bothered to post :/

I'm also having a bit of problems. once I started up WoWemu.exe (use AFG Warriorz mega repack 3.2 and also another emu) when you start up WoWemu.exe it works fine, then I start up WoW and do everything I need. but it says unable to connect and the blackbox of WoWemu.exe says there is a connection error with RS29, it goes something like this:
C:Exception in RS29::cConnection::Process()
C:Error exit program, code 0, dump file [error_dump.log] created, please, send it to devs. :confused:

I Reinstalled everything but it still doesnt work. so if anyone please could give me some possible answers. I really want a private server to have some fun..

PS: if someone knows a good repack or WoWemu that I could use, good guides or any suggestions (no broken links plz) send a mail to [email protected]

the only time that error comes up is when there is a corrupt file in the repack, so u keep downlaoding a bad repack, i would sugjest amrican93's repack, here is a link to all the repacks,

Ummmm have you tried to log in at all during that time? Because yes it is telling you to wait for the mangos text, but I have a feeling you missed it as it went scrolling past. Those lines of code that you are seeing with the boats and zep's are the scripts to move them from point A to point B, nothing more. It is doing what it is intended to do.

it happend after i downloaded blood elves file but i deleted it

that is because the guide is for a 1.11 server not a 1.12, so u do not have the correct hackpatch

if it works when u try to start it a second time then its fine but if it doesnt u have corrupted a file and need to reinstall WoW
