for those u get an error for unable to validate gameversion just open logonsever.config find this lines:

and make them like this

you should not have to run the realmserver.exe. If it still doesn't work then there is something wrong in your config files. Check out my other post in this thread, I have working config files and instructions on how to change them and they will work flawlessly.
