Not allowed into BC areas?

I did everything it said, and I tried .recall port shattrath and i received a message:
You must have the Burning Crusade Expansion Pack to enter this area.
I have BC installed from live servers.
Any help?

open up Sqlyog or navicat, go to accounts, and look at your account, all the way to the right, should be a box, change it to 8, save that, and u will now be able to go into BC Areas.

Open up accounts, go to your accounts bar and go all the way to the right (like the poster above said) and change your Flags to 13. Then, you should have Burning Crusade!!
