It means somewhere the IP "127.0.0.1" is blocked (firewall or something like that)...

What program is it? (Ascent-world or Ascent-logon) and check that IP 127.0.0.1 is NOT banned in MySQL database.
Also please post your configs...

its not that, took me hours to figure out, in your ascent-logonserver.conf file.
you will have something that look like

AllowedModIPs
# In the same form as AllowedIPs, these are the IPs that are allowed to modify the database
# (adding bans, GMs, account permissions, etc)
#

<LogonServer RemotePassword = "xxxxx"
AllowedIPs = "127.0.0.1/32"
AllowedModIPs = "127.0.0.1/24">

make it look like this and it should work, its a new safety things for servers.
except remotepassword ofcourse
